Front office comes in direct contact with clients, including the marketing, sales, and service departments. In the hotel industry, the front office (also known as front desk) welcomes guests to the accommodation section: meet and greet, take and organize reservations, allocate check in and out of rooms, organize porter service, issue keys and other security arrangements, and settle the accounts. While primarily aimed at the hospitality sector, the course provides learners with the knowledge, skills and aptitude for employment in reception, front office, or administrative role.
