Degree Course in Hotel Management
The Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) program in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is a 3-Year Programme which trains students with the skills, knowledge and attitude to excel in the hospitality sector. The programme consists of in-depth lab work for students to acquire knowledge and skill in the operational areas of Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and Housekeeping. It also teaches executive inputs in subjects such as Hygiene & Nutrition, Travel & Tourism, Sales and Marketing, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Catering, Law, Property Management, Entrepreneurship Development and other related subjects.

College of Hospitality Administration is affiliated to Vishvakarma Skills University, Jaipur (VSURAJ). It is the first Skill University of India in the Government sector to be established in Jaipur. The Institute of Leadership Development (ILD), is an entity under the Industrial Finance Corporation of India. VSURAJ functions from a 33-acre sprawling and picturesque ILD campus, near the famous Sisodia Rani ka Bagh, Jamdoli.
VSURAJ has been conceptualized to integrate the corridors in vocational training with mainstream education, using National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) and strong industry linkages. The courses offered are of NSQF level 5 onwards (Diploma (Level 5), Advanced Diploma (Level 6) & B. Voc. Courses (Level 7). Various Centres of Excellence are being affiliated with this university. Special focus has also been laid on Training of Trainer (ToT) modules, hemmed with Life Long Learning facilities through various Skill Schools.
