Having spent over three decades in the global hospitality industry — from the floors of JW Marriott Dubai to the classrooms of Les Roches, Switzerland — I understood what the industry truly demands. CHA was built to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world readiness.

An alumnus of IHM Jaipur (Batch 1994–95), Anand Yadav is a seasoned hotelier and institution builder with three decades of global hospitality experience. Having risen to General Manager and served as Principal at reputed hotel management institutes, he founded CHA in 2007 with a vision to create skilled, industry-ready professionals. A dynamic speaker, trainer, and curriculum developer, he is a respected name in both hospitality and education.
